- I've seen an activity only package but would like to add acccommodation. Is this possible ?
- Do you arrange flights ? No. None of our packages include flights and we do not arrange flights. We recommend www.skyscanner.net to search the airline companies with the cheapest flights.
- I can't find a suitable package ? Use our tailor made option and we'll get back to you asap with a price.
- Are you ABTA or ATOL registered? We are not ABTA registered as this only applies to companies that reside in the United Kingdom. We are not ATOL registered as this only applies to flight bookings. We are a Spanish travel agent fully bonded and licenced to sell travel packages according to Spanish and European Law.
- How do I book? Easy – have a look through the website and find your perfect package, login or register and book.. You'll receive an email confirming the details and price. Reply to the email, we'll re-check the details & you can then pay the deposit online. The booking is then confirmed.
- What are your payment terms? Normally, a 20% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is payable 4 weeks before the event is scheduled to take place. Some packages require larger deposits and we'll inform you of this at the time of booking. For last minute bookings, payment is required in full as soon as possible to secure the booking. Some activity only bookings can be paid in cash on arrival.
- What currency can we pay in ? Online prices are in pound sterling. We also accept payments in Euros. Payments can be made by Visa or Mastercard.
- I don’t know how many people will attend ? Find a package with a realistic idea of how many people & we will quote you a price based on this. If your group size changes and the package is no longer suitable or possible we will recommend an alternative.
- How soon do I need to book? If you've seen a package online, you should book it. Our online packages change on a regular basis so don't leave it too long. Once we've received a deposit the booking is confirmed.

- I've seen an activity only package but would like to add acccommodation. Is this possible ? Of course. You can add accommodation to any package provided there's availability.
